In September 2024, Guangdong Sapphire Industrial Co., Ltd. moved to a new location in Shuikou Village, Dalang Town. By chance, I learned from the villagers that Shuikou Village has a very traditional festival every year: a grand Senior Citizens' Day event is held annually. This year marks the 33rd year of this event. "Among all virtues, filial piety comes first; among all virtues, filial piety is the foremost." Filial piety accompanies harmony and walks hand in hand with love. Isn't this exactly the employee culture that our Sapphire Company has always been promoting to its staff? Love the country, the factory and the family. Parents have the grace of raising children, and elders have the grace of love. The company has also always advocated that employees should call their parents more often in daily life, not be indifferent to the elderly, not forget the elderly, and not neglect the elderly.
